What services are included in the sale price?
The price already includes shipping insurance, a 1-year warranty, and unlimited technical support. Additionally, we have covered the 5%–20% sales tax on your behalf—no extra tax will be charged at checkout.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our batteries come with UL/CE certifications, so you can use them safely every day. Just remember to keep them away from open flames or dangerous areas. What’s more, all car batteries and accessories have an IPX6 waterproof rating—they work fine in the rain—but for safety, it’s better to avoid using them when it rains.
Which factors contribute to the riding range?
Riding range is influenced by assist mode, terrain, wind conditions, temperature, surface type, traffic stops, rider's weight, load, and tire pressure etc.
What's your return policy?
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 30 days of delivery via suooprt@Deepowerbike.com. For more specific return and refund, pls check our return policy.
What's your shipping policy?
Your order’s time of arrival consists of two parts: order processing time and shipping time. The shipping time itself takes 3–5 business days. For additional details, please visit our Shipping PolicyPage.

Can I return the e-bike if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. You can return the e-bike to the location provided by our after-sales customer service team. Refunds will be issued as long as the e-bike is returned within 14 days of purchase, unused, and in its original packaging.
Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?
If the return is due to a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refund processing times depend on the order status:
Before shipment (no tracking number issued): Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
After shipment (tracking number issued): Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned items are received at our location.
It has arrived in a great condition, some scratches were in the back of bike but its not important, the quality is realy good, the ride is awesome, assembly took half an hour and it was realy easy, i realy love it thanks to deepower team, i realy recommend this bike don’t hesitate to buy it, i searched about all models and this is the best by far

The e bike is good but they is a problem with the bearings the delivery wasn't that bad
Super fast shipping, in 5 and a half days! Very easy assembly and there is a QR code with video instructions! It comes locked to be legal for 25km/h. Under the seat, if a cable is disconnected, it unlocks for 50km/h. Scientific packaging. Maybe only the braking should be more effective, but when riding slowly there are no problems. The battery seems to last, but I ride slowly so you should evaluate based on your own grip on the accelerator!
The bicycle was delivered within 5 days. The bike itself was easy to assemble using a video. If you fully charge both batteries, you can easily cover a 200km radius! If you loosen the spoke at the back of the bike, you'll reach 50 km/h; if you tighten it, you'll reach 25 km/h. ideal for EU legislation.
My brake disc on the front wheel arrived bent due to shipping, so I contacted the store for a possible replacement. And this was resolved immediately!
10/10 store!!! If I need a second bike, I will order from here again!
