What services are included in the sale price?
The price already includes shipping insurance, a 1-year warranty, and unlimited technical support. Additionally, we have covered the 5%–20% sales tax on your behalf—no extra tax will be charged at checkout.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our batteries come with UL/CE certifications, so you can use them safely every day. Just remember to keep them away from open flames or dangerous areas. What’s more, all car batteries and accessories have an IPX6 waterproof rating—they work fine in the rain—but for safety, it’s better to avoid using them when it rains.
How to Remove Speed Restrictions？
Beneath the QS7 seat, you will find two interconnected white cables. Simply disconnect these cables to disable the speed limiter. To restore the 25 km/h speed limit function, reconnect the cables.
Dolneed to assemble the bike?
90% of the bike is pre-assembled. You only need three steps to start using it: tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components—then you’re ready to ride.

It fits and is good.
The bike arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Shipping to austria was faster than expected, and communication with the seller was excellent. They always replied quickly and answered all my questions before and after the purchase.
Assembly was easy and the overall build quality is surprisingly good for this price range. The frame feels solid, the suspension works well, and everything was properly installed.
I made a few personal upgrades: • replaced the handlebar • replaced the grips • replaced the pedals
Top speed is around 45 km/h on flat ground. The bike feels stable, comfortable, and fun to ride. I also like the design because it looks more like a bicycle than a small electric motorcycle.
So far i am very happy with my purchase and can recommend both the bike and the seller.
